Position Summary

We are looking for a Community Lead to assist with community-building programs. The main goal is to engage and expand our V-streamer and viewer community through various channels, such as our product, social media, and in-person events.

This position is vital in building a new global community where people live as they want to be, from scratch with the team. We expect the community Lead to develop good partnerships with streamers and all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build good relationships with V-streamers in our community, working with them to develop product adoption programs and implement marketing campaigns.
Help develop community-activating campaigns for our audience community across various channels, including campaign creativity, copywriting, writing creative briefs, and social media planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to support and maintain a healthy community environment.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our platform and any new features being launched so that you can encourage V-streamers to adopt them.

What you must have

Years of experience in the role	3+ years	Particularly in the entertainment sector's digital, social, and emerging technologies such as VTubing
Language skills	English	Business-level written and verbal communication skills or above
A profound passion for entertainment	STRONG YES	Anime, manga, and VTuber - anything you must be Otaku!
Deep understanding of streaming culture	YES	The community lead needs to love our app and the community!
Project management experience	YES	As well as experience in building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Team management experience	YES	At least experience in leading a team is required
Software or tools	IT skills for presentation, documentation, task management, and analysis	Such as Notion, Google apps, Slack, and Zoom

Bonus Points

Streamer experience and organizing fan events for favs	STRONG YES	We highly expect the community lead to become the symbolic person of our product!
Work experience at startups	A couple of years at least	Enjoyment of the dynamics and fast-paced nature inherent in the startups
Experience of being the 1st member of community management	YES	Especially have experience with multicultural members
