  1. SAI refers to the service provided by our company, where we issue the digital arts for original content and distribute the digital arts to users who have cleared the missions specified by our company.
  2. Copyright and other rights related to the digital art content (referred to as "Digital Art Content," including content where the digital arts are issued using third-party services) issued by our company in SAI belong to our company or the copyright holders who have granted us the right to use the content.
  3. Users are not allowed to adapt, modify, or alter the Digital Art Content for any reason.
  4. Even if users do not modify the Digital Art Content, they are strictly prohibited from using it for commercial or profit-making purposes. However, if users do not modify the Digital Art Content, they can use it for non-commercial and non-profit purposes without charge.
  5. Users, even for non-commercial and non-profit purposes, must not engage in the following acts when using the Digital Art Content: (1) acts that violate laws or involve criminal activities, (2) acts that violate public order and morals, (3) acts related to anti-social activities, (4) acts that devalue the Digital Art Content, (5) any other acts deemed inappropriate by our company.
  6. Users are not allowed to grant permission to third parties to use or utilize the Digital Art Content, even for non-commercial or non-profit purposes.
  7. Users cannot transfer their status as digital art holders to third parties.
  8. Users should, in principle, use the external services designated by our company to store and manage the digital arts issued by our company (including content where デジタルアート are issued using third-party services). However, users may also use their existing wallets. However, the management of all information related to the wallet is the responsibility of the user.
  9. Our company will not issue additional digital arts based on user requests for any reason.
  10. The personal information of users acquired by our company through SAI will be used within the scope of (1) distributing Digital Art Content and the digital arts, (2) user authentication, (3) responding to user inquiries, (4) providing information about services or campaigns, (5) necessary communication for business purposes, and (6) confirming the usage history of our company's services.
  11. External services may be used in SAI. However, the rights and obligations related to external services are subject to the terms of use of the external service provider, and our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of external services.
  12. These terms and conditions do not apply to "Ailis Avatar Assets." Please refer to the designated art license for those.

  1. SAIとは、当社がオリジナルのコンテンツに対してデジタルアートを発行し、当社が指定するミッションをクリアしたユーザに対して、デジタルアートを配布するサービスのことをいいます。
  2. SAIにおいて当社がデジタルアートを発行したコンテンツ（以下、「デジタルアートコンテンツ」といいます。第三者のサービスを利用してデジタルアートを発行したコンテンツを含みます。）に関する著作権その他の権利は、当社又は当社にそのコンテンツの利用許諾を行った著作権者に帰属します。
  3. ユーザは、理由を問わず、デジタルアートコンテンツを翻案、変更又は改変（以下、「変更等」といいます。）することはできません。
  4. ユーザがデジタルアートコンテンツを変更等しない場合であっても、デジタルアートコンテンツを商用目的又は営利目的で利用又は使用することは一切できません。ただし、ユーザが、デジタルアートコンテンツを変更等しない限り、非商用目的及び非営利目的であれば無償で自ら利用及び使用することができます。
  5. ユーザは、非商用及び非営利の目的であっても、デジタルアートコンテンツの利用又は使用にあたって、①法令に違反する行為又は犯罪行為に関連する行為、②公序良俗に違反する行為、③反社会的活動に関する行為、④デジタルアートコンテンツの価値を貶める行為、⑤その他当社が合理的に不適切と判断する行為をすることはできません。
